This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [GÖRSU ELEKTRİK ELEKTRONİK SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ] (“Company”) and the user (“Member”) registering on [Website Name] (“www.gorsuelectronic.com”). By becoming a Member and using the services provided by the Platform, the Member acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1.1. Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 or older and to legal entities.
1.2. The Member agrees that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. The Member shall be liable for any damages arising from false or incomplete information.
1.3. Membership to the Platform is free of charge. However, certain services may require payment, which will be explicitly stated in the service details.
2.1. The Member agrees to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2. The Member shall not share, post, or upload any illegal, misleading, unethical, or harmful content that violates the rights of others on the Platform.
2.3. The Member is responsible for maintaining the security of their account. The Company is not liable for any damages caused by the Member sharing their account credentials with third parties.
2.4. The Member agrees not to copy, reproduce, or use any data from the Platform for commercial purposes without permission.
3.1. The Company is responsible for providing the necessary technical infrastructure to ensure the Platform operates securely and efficiently.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s account if they violate the terms of this Agreement.
3.3. The Company will not use the content on the Platform for commercial purposes without the Member’s consent.
4.1. The Member’s personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.2. The Company will not share Member information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
5.1. The Member may terminate their membership at any time by submitting a request via [support email address].
5.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate a Member’s account if they violate the terms of this Agreement.
The Company’s liability for any interruptions, errors, data loss, or other technical issues related to the content and services provided on the Platform is limited to the value of the services provided.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey, shall have jurisdiction.
8.1. This Agreement comes into effect when the Member registers on the Platform.
8.2. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The updated Agreement will take effect as soon as it is published on the Platform.
